NEW PASTURE PADDOCKS ARE COMPLETED!

Two one-acre (40,000 SF) pastures with safe electric mesh fencing and run-in shelters are
designed to serve our boarders with retired horses or those with young ones. If you have a yearling
that needs a playmate, our yearling Bijou would like to meet you. Three openings for adult horses
(no hind shoes, please, and 2 openings for "grow-ups". If you need room to roam for your horse,
but still want the benefit of knowledgeable, consistent supervision for your horse, these paddocks
are for you. If you are interested in this kind of arrangement, let us know.

Alfredo conducted his first clinic at Wyvern Farm on June 14-15. An astonishing 12 rides on
Monday and 13 rides on Tuesday testify to Alfredo's incredible enthusiasm for his teaching (as well
as amazing endurance). Alfredo is no stranger to the Bay Area and combines expert horsemanship,
showmanship and sensitivity to provide a format in which horses can relax and learn these difficult
movements with minimum stress.

We welcome outside riders, and can provide both overnight stabling and day accommodations so
that riders trailering in will be able to watch other sessions throughout the day.

Auditors are welcome at no charge.
